How to handle stess
Time heals everything. Give time to yourself and your family. Don't take sudden decission.

Focus on work. Shifting focus will reduce bad thoughts.
Reduce screen time. Be active in real-world. Read/listen good books. Work on building skills.
Work in adding value in something. Only value matters!
Use emergency fund if that can solve the problem. Money may/may not buy happiness but it can do damage control.
