How to Meditate?
Sit comfortably (better in Padmasana if possible) and straighten your spine. π§ββοΈ
Touch index finger with thumb. π
Keep your hand on your knees. The palm should be up. β
Have a deep breath first and exhale. This is the starting point.π¬οΈ
Keep your breath normal.π
Feel the index finger touch in the left hand. π
Feel an energy point in the touch. π₯
Think a small energy particle is generating there. π₯
It’s getting larger. π
Now think… it’s moving. Towards your wrist. π«Έ
It goes up slowly towards your shoulder. π§βπ¦±
Moving towards the neck.π§
Going on the other hand.π«·
Moving down towards the finger. π«΄
Stops in the right index finger touch. π€
Rub your right thumb with your index finger. π€
Feel the energy. π«
You can feel it like a small pearl. βͺ
Now again move the energy towards the neck. π§βπ¦°
From the neck go towards the belly via the spine. π¦΄
First, it goes to the left leg. π¦΅
Feel it in every toe in the leg. π£
Move it slowly to the other leg and feel it in all the right leg toes. π¦Ά
Now move the energy towards the belly. π«
Touch in all chakras. βΈοΈ
Hold the energy movement in every chakra for 3 seconds and move up. β±οΈ
Move towards the neck and the top of the head. π
Move it in the forehead π and then in two eyes, feel it in the eyeball π and then in the nostrils π and then π and then ears. π
Again move it towards the chest. π«
Burst the energy into smaller pieces. π
Feel it’s spreading through all parts of the body. π
Feel lighter. π΅οΈ
Feel your pains are relieved. πͺ·
Throughout the journey concentrate on the energy only.β‘
