Have a deep breath first and exhale. This is the starting point.🌬️

Feel the index finger touch in the left hand. πŸ‘Œ

Think a small energy particle is generating there. πŸ’₯

It’s getting larger. 🌟

Now think… it’s moving. Towards your wrist. 🫸

Moving towards the neck.πŸ§–

Going on the other hand.🫷

Moving down towards the finger. 🫴

Stops in the right index finger touch. 🀚
